5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to:

  1. Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  2. Ensure products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.
  3. Fulfill customer orders promptly and handle customer service related to their products.
  4. Not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items as defined by Vendorre.com.
  5. Pay applicable commissions, fees, or subscription charges as per Vendorre’s vendor agreement.

6. Product Listings and Pricing

  1. Vendors are solely responsible for setting and updating their product prices.
  2. Vendorre.com may review listings and reserves the right to edit, remove, or suspend any product that violates policies.
  3. All prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Digital Products

For digital products:

  1. Delivery will typically be via download link or email after payment confirmation.
  2. Vendors must ensure files are safe, virus-free, and accessible.
  3. Refunds for digital goods may be limited due to the nature of instant delivery.

8. Orders and Payments

  1. Customers must ensure payment information is accurate and complete.
  2. Payments may be processed through Vendorre.com’s secure payment gateway.
  3. Vendorre.com will release vendor payments as per the payment cycle or after order completion (including return period, if applicable).

  2. Customers may raise disputes through the Platform’s support system within the specified return period.
  3. Vendorre.com may mediate disputes but final resolution lies with vendor policies and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, trademarks, and materials on Vendorre.com (excluding vendor listings) are owned or licensed by Vendorre.com.
  2. Vendors grant Vendorre.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote their listings.
  3. Users must not copy, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without permission.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  1. Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
  2. Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
